How to juggle a soccer ball with both feet

1)Start by dropping the soccer ball on to your foot and kick upwards back into your hands.

2) Practice number 1 above this time with both feet, one at a time.

3) Start juggling from your left foot to your right foot then back to your hands.

4) Start juggling from your left to your right foot and back to your left foot without the use of your hands.

5) Practice each and every step mentioned above one step at a time for at least 20-minutes each and every day until you perfect juggling with both feet.


How to juggle a soccer ball with both knees

To juggle a soccer ball with both knees requires the same level of consistency, determination, and practice.

1) Start by dropping the soccer ball unto your most dominant knee and back into your hands.

2) Practice number 1 above with your other knee.

3) Start juggling from your left to your right knee then back to your hands

4) Start practicing from your left to your right knee then back to your left knee without the use of your hands.

5) Start practicing juggling from your feet to your knees and back to your feet until you perfect this.

Please note that once you perfect juggling from your feet to your knees, you should start involving other parts of your body like your head and chest to help create rhythm while juggling.
